Matt Lewis is the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer at transformental. A 27-year veteran at the forefront of neuroscience, data science, and enterprise AI, he leads the company's strategic vision and is the public-facing voice for its mission to guide organizations through human-centered AI transformation. 

Matt is known for pioneering the integration of generative AI into enterprise human capital strategy. He launched the first platform-as-a-service company dedicated to augmenting brain potential, with transformental as one of its flagship ventures. Previously, he served as the first Global Chief Artificial and Augmented Intelligence Officer at Inizio Medical, where he helped redefine how life science organizations apply AI across the transformation lifecycle. 

As transformental CEO, Matt drives the company's overall direction, fosters key partnerships, and ensures that transformental's unique blend of technology and human expertise delivers measurable impact. As CIO, he sets the strategic direction for how human transformation is designed, delivered, and scaled through next-generation technology. 

Over nearly three decades, Matt and his teams have brought 140+ therapies and 80+ digital solutions to market, spanning women’s health, neurology, oncology, rare disease, and psychiatry. His career has centered on a single throughline: helping people think, decide, and adapt better in moments that matter most. 

At transformental, he continues this mission by leading the development of AI-augmented tools, evidence-based methodologies, and strategic partnerships that make brain capital a measurable, scalable advantage. He’s also a public-facing voice for the company’s thought leadership, guiding clients and industries through the ethical and operational implications of integrating AI in the human workplace.
