Leslie Taylor is a founder, strategist, and systems innovator who helps organizations grow through transformation—aligning human potential, technology, and purpose. As Chief Growth Architect at Transformental, she leads growth strategy, insight productization, and partnership integration, guided by three principles that define her work: human at the center, AI as the accelerator, and partnership as the multiplier.

Leslie brings over two decades of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, growth strategy, and organizational change across healthcare, life sciences, and wellness sectors. Her work integrates organizational design, behavioral science, and digital innovation to help enterprises adapt with clarity, compassion, and measurable impact.

Before joining Transformental, Leslie served as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Digital Officer at iNizio Medical, where she scaled global teams, established centers of excellence in UX and software development, and launched award-winning digital platforms that advanced patient care and transformed engagement models in medical affairs and across the health ecosystem.

She is also the Co-Founder of BestYet for Women, an AI-powered, whole-health platform reimagining midlife and menopause as catalysts for personal and professional growth.

At Transformental, Leslie is currently architecting the growth ecosystem within and across the environment; she also has lead responsibility for the AI-enabled platform services of the firm. In keeping with the company’s ethos, this work is both strategic and pragmatic, human, egalitarian and impactful.
