As CHPO, Elizabeth leads the integration of human development, learning systems, and organizational transformation to help people and technology thrive together.
Elizabeth holds a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University. Her work integrates psychological wellbeing, organizational learning, and large-scale transformation to help teams navigate complexity with clarity and resilience. She combines executive insight with neuroscience-informed practices—such as positive neuroplasticity, reflective learning, and mindfulness—to build environments where growth is both strategic and human.

She shapes the human and organizational systems that support AI adoption while strengthening adaptability, performance, and psychological safety.
