Before joining transformental, Dani co-founded a hedge fund focused on small-cap equities, building his reputation on uncovering hidden value in complex systems. His unique lens blends deep financial modeling with human judgment, an approach he now applies to investment strategy, capital allocation, and sustainable growth. 

Dani’s career began in a family office, evolved at McKinsey & Company, and deepened through years of experience as both an analyst and a portfolio manager. At transformental, he’s building the financial backbone of a company working at the intersection of AI, psychology, and change, ensuring that bold ideas have a durable foundation.
