Amy Singer is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience building strong, scalable systems, and human-centric teams. As Chief Culture and Operations Officer at transformental, she keeps the organization’s internal rhythm high-functioning and psychologically grounded during the transformation journeys it leads for clients. 

Amy brings deep operational expertise shaped by a career in the health and life sciences sectors, having served as Executive Vice President of Client Services at both ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, and 21GRAMS, a division of Real Chemistry. She’s led global teams, multimillion-dollar client portfolios, and dozens of complex initiatives across positioning, educational campaigns, sales training, and advisory boards—all with a steady hand and a people-first approach. 

At transformental, Amy is the architect of culture and the engine behind delivery. She designs and implements systems that prioritize cohesion, clarity, and care both internally and externally. From talent acquisition and onboarding to service delivery excellence and strategic client partnerships, she builds the foundation for people and transformation to thrive.
